Quick answer
We couldn't find an official AquaSource cartridge parts page to check against. What we can verify is that Danco, a major aftermarket parts maker, lists two cartridges for AquaSource single-handle tub/shower faucets.
Danco cartridges listed for AquaSource
| Danco part | Danco's description | Size (Danco) |
|---|---|---|
| 10670 | Single-lever tub/shower cartridge for Glacier Bay and AquaSource, "for use in pressure balance style faucets" | 4.19 in high × 1.56 in |
| 89932 | Glacier Bay, AquaSource and Pegasus single-handle tub/shower. Ceramic disk, plastic and brass. | 3.95 in long × 1.42 in wide |
How to narrow it down
- Find the faucet's model number (manual, box, or receipt) and contact the store's customer service with it.
- If that fails, shut off the water, pull the cartridge, and compare it with the sizes above. The two Danco parts differ in both height and width.
- Take the old cartridge with you to the store. Danco support offers to match cartridges from photos and measurements (Danc.Support@nch.com, the address given in their Home Depot answers).
Scald safety: if your faucet is pressure-balancing, replace the cartridge with another pressure-balance cartridge. Danco describes the 10670 as pressure-balance style. The 89932 listing doesn't say either way.
Many AquaSource and Glacier Bay faucets seem to share parts, so the Glacier Bay page is worth a look too. Treat any match as "verify by measuring", not a guarantee.
